The Coconut Republic® Coconut Syrup’s natural sweetness comes from the organic sap of young coconut blossoms. Our Coconut Syrup is a much healthier alternative than any sweetener as it registers a LOW GLYCEMIC index because of its naturally-occurring inulin/(FOS) which makes our syrup diabetic-friendly (will not cause spikes in blood sugar). Our highly nutritious sweetener contains amino acids, minerals, vitamins, inositol, enzymes and essential glyconutrients which are referred to as the “healing sugars”.
